It's been a long time between blogs, but look what we harvested at the beginning of October! Pretty impressive isn't it! Room 19 made coleslaw with one of the cabbages. They added grated carrot and apple, and parsley from the garden, as well as a mayonnaise dressing. The majority of the class thought it was yummy. Some children tried it, when they wouldn't have tried it at home. That's what it's all about : - )
